District OR-1 Facility Assessment--District OR1
Executive Summary:
The Clark Enersen Partners has been retained to update the Facility Audit for the District OR-1 Public Schools. The purpose of the audit is to provide the district with an updated snap shot in time of the current condition of the district facilities located in Bennet and Palmyra following the recent successful bond election and construction projects at both facilities. The new Athletic complex in Palmyra was not reviewed.
The audit includes updating the Facility Review Spreadsheet utilized as part of the bond project planning process. Each item is identified and an assumed cost has been associated for the following categories:
- Deferred Maintenance Issues
- Life Safety Code Issues
- ADA Issues
- Curriculum Delivery Issues
- Safety/Security Issues
The Clark Enersen team of architects, landscape architect, mechanical designer, electrical designer, and construction administrator visited each site and visited with Superintendent Hanger to review the existing Facility Review spreadsheet and identify new items to incorporate on the spreadsheet.
