Hello all,
I am Jon Davenport and I teach Science 9, Chemistry, Physics, and Anatomy and Physiology.
I am currently in my 4th year of teaching at Palmyra High School. I help coach JH boys basketball and high school and JH track. Along with sports, I am the Student Council sponsor.
After high school, I attended SCC Beatrice where I earned my Associate of Science Degree. After SCC, I went on to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where I completed my B.S. degree in Science Education. After some wise words from David Bottrell, I went back to school to earn a Master degree in Biology Education.
Hunting, Fishing, and golfing are some of the activities that I really enjoy when I am not in school. I am an avid bowhunter and love spending time in the woods.
